Abstract
This study experienced the self-analysis process of the therapist himself in the process of art healing through the symbol of Rapunzel fairy tales, and explored the healing process and the healing meaning from an ontological perspective. Thus, the healing meaning through the art symbol of fairy tales is ¡®The conception of life and who am I?¡¯, ¡®Rapunzel and the witch trapped in the tower¡¯, ¡®The golden hair is cut off¡¯, ¡®Tears of healing¡¯, ¡®The wasteland life¡¯, ¡®Integration and self-realization of eros¡¯, and the researcher's diary and pictures on the healing process were used as data for analysis. Through this, the researcher's psychological journey was explored and interpreted through symbols. In this way, we try to put an experiential meaning in achieving true self-realization. Therefore, this study explored the healing creative value of discovering the potential of the researcher's own ontological self-realization by exploring art healing and sutra through symbols other than Rapunzel fairy tales. In addition, this study has significance as a study on the empirical autobiographical inquiry into the healing process or symbol of the Rapunzel fairy tales.
